Job Description

FCS is looking for an experienced candidate to assume the role of Franklin County Coordinator to help guide and supervise Family Services in Franklin County. To help coordinate statewide Family Services programs, giving input and direction that affects the region. As the Franklin County Coordinator, you will: Supervise local Family Services staff and social work students. Coordinate activities and programs. Provide quality direct services to clients, as needed. Coordinate training workshops. Collaborate and develop working relationships with local agencies and respond to inquiries regarding Family Services. Provide accurate professional administrative support to the Union office. Qualifications: REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or other related field. Minimum of two years experience in child welfare or related field. Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Effective communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
