RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop, implement, and maintain billing and tracking systems as directed. • Produce billing as directed by Controller and CFO • Monitor budget and billing for agency and sub-recipient agencies, including the expenses and revenues generated in relation to designated contracts statewide. • Ensure contract compliance relative to revenues and sub-recipient agencies. • Conducts audit and review activities under the direction of the Controller • Responsible for computer billings, mailing, recording and submission activities. • Recommends, implements policies and procedures regarding revenue collection; conducts meetings with associated staff • Develop and create reports as needed; includes data input as needed • Supervision of assigned staff

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business administration or related field. Preferred: One year of experience in billing.
