DUTIES · Recruit, enroll and conduct pre-assessment screenings of potential participants for Project Step-Up. · Implement the Botvin LifeSkills to youth in group settings. · Provide individualized follow up coaching to students who would benefit from additional support. · Establish personal and program goals with participating youth. · Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with parents, schools and other stakeholders involved with participants. · Maintain and keep current a system of records documenting activities, youth assessments, behavioral interventions, all services rendered to youth and parents and all other data required for program evaluation. · Familiarize self with community resources and be able to make appropriate referrals for participants when needed.
