Job Description

LFCS is looking for an experienced candidate to assume the role of Program Director, Compliance to provide and supervise pregnancy and parenting services within the agency policy and provide oversight and ensure compliance with grant requirements statewide.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience •LCSW, LPC or LMFT required. •Two years of supervisory experience required. Knowledge/Skills/Characteristics •Established supervisory, clinical and case management practices. •Knowledge of code of ethics; legal processes and procedures; accreditation and licensure standards; counseling theories and practices; mental health assessment and diagnosis; therapeutic models and interventions. •Effective supervision skills, relationship building and influencing skills, leadership abilities. •Ability to function on a team; develop and coach teams. •Effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills. •Strong analytical skills; time management skills; self-motivational and self-management skills. •Computer programs and use.
